I don't expect anyone to actually read this... I'm mostly creating it after a nightmare I had a few nights ago in which I dropped my travel journal into a pool and jumped in to save it, only to be attacked by invisible snakes. Since the world would suffer immensely if such a fate befell my journal, I decided to sacrifice my time and sanity (typing up pages of handwritten notes is not fun) to preserve the beautiful, inspiring, life-changing scenes described in this notebook in the immortal space that is the internet.
But if someone does happen to read this, I probably should state that this is my personal travel journal, and it does not reflect the opinions of EWB-USA of EWB-UIUC... although since we had eight people from our project travel, it probably represents a good portion of the Ntisaw project itself. There are a few things we did that EWB-USA wouldn't exactly condone, and which our project leader might have expressly forbid... but that's for later.
For now, the new rule is that nobody condones anything I post here.
Small time!
Also, I didn't take the photo in the background... I googled it. But it's a picture of Bemenda, which we visited, so I feel it counts.
